Plan for the future

I think I'm still learning about the things I like and the things I'm good in this career, but since I was a child I've always wanted to travel a lot. So I can tell that something where I could travel, would be my dream job, I love learning about different cultures and try things completely news for me, I think travel is one of the best experiencies in life.

As a journalism I would like to have a specialization in the culture area or work in themes related to art and nature and this could help me to travel, I hope so. Also I like the audiovisual part of journalism, more than write and everything (I'd love to do documentaries) and I know that is not so easy, I mean, to find a job in that field being a journalist. But if I could find a job, which would take all the possibilities into account, I'll be really grateful hahaha.

I don't like rutines and do the same things all the time, so I'll be fine if I can alternate the kind of works and places, I would like to know a lot of people from different cultures and learn through them, I think we never stop to learn and that's the point.

There are several things that I'd like to do in the future and work in them, even If they are not related to journalism, for that reason I hope I could complement the things that I enjoy (like dancing for example) with my career, that would be cool!

  5. I think that most people would like to have a job where they can travel. And it would be great if you can work in culture or know the world by making documentaries.

Never stop studying

Thinking about my future and the fact that I'm in the last years of my career, of course it comes to my mind the possibility to take post graduate studies. I believe tha we shouldn't stop learning never and also I can't even imagine my life not being a student. I think I've always wanted to do a postgraduate course but I'm not sure in wich area yet. It could be a specialization in culture or definitely some course to get better in the audiovisual area, even could be photography. These specializations would allow me to dedicate to these areas that are not so touched in journalism, wich are precisely the ones that I like! hahaha. When I just entered to the university I wanted to do an exchange but I feel afraid and of course money was a big deal, so I decided that if I could do a postgraduate course it will be abroad, actually I've been looking University and courses that I could take! I would like to study in Australia or New Zeland or , live in these countr...

Summer is coming

This year, the semester is going to finish in january, because the past strike and after that, I'm gonna to start my practice, working in a foundation, although I really like their labor because they promove the love for animals. This summer is going to be kind of boring hahaha and this holidays are gonna be a little different for me.  Even though I'm going to be working, I plan to still doing fun things and hanging out with my friends and family, like go to swimming pool, go to eat out and that kind of summer things, in weekends at least.  Above all, I have a certain plan, in february I'm going to go to Valdivia with my family, we love visit the south of Chile, and I think it's going to be very nice, I went to Valdivia once, actually just one evening because it was part of my study travel when I was in High School, but my mom has never been in the city and she really want to go. If I could cho...

English Experience

This is the last blog and I think time flies, so for today I'm going to talk about my English lenguage experiences and challenges at University. I always liked to learn another lenguage and I left High School thinking I was quite good in English but it wasn't like that hahaha so when I came here, I started in the second level. During these years I've been learning a lot and improving in english. Of course, there's so much more to learn but these 4 years studying this lenguage have been worth it! In the previous levels, teachers used to talk the most in Spanish and I think that is not good at all, but the experience of write blogs has been really helpful. For me, write in english is the hardest part, so the blog is the perfect opportunity to practice writing and improve those skills. I need to practice this a lot, so maybe I can start to read books or somethings in English. Also I would like to get better in pronunciation, so I watch a lot of videos and shows to li...
